PROCEDURES

1) TO START A BATCH OF WINE

  • Call ahead to ensure product is available and to book an appointment time to start the batch. Allow approximately 5 minutes per batch.

2) PACKAGING YOUR PRODUCT

  • You will receive a phone call from us to set up an appointment time when your wine is ready to bottle. Allow approximately 25 minutes per batch.

3) BOTTLE PREP

  • Wash the empty bottle.
  • Removal of labels and shrink wraps is advised.
  • Store upright until dry, then turn bottle upside down in a clean box.
  • Day before bottling, check bottles for mold, dust, insects, etc. Clean - rinse - drain - store upright in a clean box and cover.
  • Bottles will be sterilized on premises by customer prior to bottling.
